10X AI Lab Philippines
10X AI Lab in the Philippines
The Philippines is the base where 10X AI Lab plans to develop HumanAI Engineers and Architects for its whole ecosystem. The Philippine operation is in its founding stage.
What 10X AI Lab Philippines is for
We're not setting up another AI agency. We're building HumanAI as a profession, and the Philippines is where we plan to develop the people who practise it.
Our role in the ecosystem
Become the main source of talent for the world's leading HumanAI ecosystem.
What we're doing here
Find and develop Filipino engineers into HumanAI Engineers and Architects, and make these real, respected career paths in the Philippines.
Long-term goal
Develop Filipino leaders who build teams, not only individual portfolios, and create meaningful careers for many Filipinos as the operation grows.
This is how 10X AI Lab delivers the Enrich part of its mission: developing HumanAI™ talent, creating meaningful careers, and accelerating economic growth.
How the Philippine operation will grow
The plan has three stages. We're in the first one.
- 1
Founding Current stage
The founding HumanAI Engineer learns the HumanAI OS method, applies it, and sets the standard for the work.
- 2
Philippine team
A team of HumanAI Engineers and Architects, led and mentored by the Country Manager.
- 3
HumanAI ecosystem
Developing and leading HumanAI professionals across the Philippines and in other countries.
We move to the next stage when client work requires it, not before. We expand when results justify it.
Working with 10X AI Lab
10X AI Lab works only with 10X clients. If you're a 10X client, your 10X Strategy Coach or Valley mentor can introduce you.
